Getting her start as a lifeguard at a hotel pool in her hometown, Clark would watch servers from her elevated seat and couldn’t help noticing how much they were enjoying themselves. Soon enough, she began serving cocktails at the Hard Rock Café and eventually landed on the opening team at a luxury hotel, quickly rising to Assistant Food & Beverage Director of the entire property. Since joining The Las Colinas Resort, Dallas team in 2019, Clark has remained adamant about creating well-balanced menus in collaboration with Executive Chef Tony France, as well as training each outlet’s servers and bartenders to truly know what sets each offering apart, so they can best guide and advise guests.
